All orders taken after 3.00pm will be classed as being received the following working day. We will do our best to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 3 working days of receipt of your payment. If we have any problems in achieving this we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your payment. If you are unhappy with our new delivery date we will be happy to refund your payment in full.
All goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Interlink (or similar) - we can deliver to your home address or another address if you prefer. Unless stated all our goods are new.
We may occasionally have samples, or returns on sale at special prices - these will be clearly marked as such.
If you are not happy with any purchase from us you may return it to us unused within 7 working days from receipt. Please inform us by telephone or e-mail (shop@joe-bananas.com) that you intend to return the goods so that we know who they have come from! In all cases we will refund your money (within 30 days) or exchange it for a different model (whichever you prefer). Where the goods are faulty we will also refund the cost of posting the goods back to us. All goods are guaranteed for 1 year against manufacturing faults.
